Assembly

When designing our products, the most important aspect was to serve our clients and customers with the highest level of service and comfort.

We have strived not only to create the most comfortable furniture possible, but also to make it very easy to assemble, even though it is a complex and complicated product.

To assemble our furniture, you will need:

• 2 people (3 people in the case of the pergola version) to do the actual assembly (The good news is that it’s so simple that it doesn’t require a specialist, almost anyone can do it, just like most people assemble the products of well-known large furniture companies themselves.)
• Assembly instructions (We have done our best to make them as clear as possible, and we have paid special attention to making them as detailed as possible. Lots of good quality images and diagrams are provided to assist you.)
• Having 1 electrician present is recommended, but not during the whole assembly process, as he/she will probably only have a few minutes of work to do. (If you order our product with a long cable and a plug, because power will be supplied through an outdoor socket, there is no need for an electrician to be present at all. Instead of the latter, we usually recommend that you connect an underground cable to the product.)
• 1 assembly supervisor, who supervises the assembly of the product. HE/SHE IS ALWAYS PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY in any country of the world!

The assembly of our roofless products takes on average a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours, while the assembly of our products with pergola roofs takes a maximum of 3 to 4 hours.

If you do not want to deal with the assembly, in this case you have the option to entrust external specialists, but we would be also happy to provide staff for you, for a fee.
